Can you put tongue bars in conch piercings?

I got my conch pierced a few months ago, and am thinking of changing the barbell. Since conch jewellery isn’t really sold, I was wondering if you can put tongue bars in, since I think a lot of tongue bars are really pretty. I know that tragus studs and labret studs are pretty much the same– is this the same for conch and tongue barbells? I don’t want to buy one and find out that it’s either too long or too thin…has anyone done this?

you can mix and match jewelry with pretty much any kind of piercing, granted it’s the right size and shape. i wear eyebrow jewelry in my septum sometimes, and i have to use barbells meant for tongue piercings on my cheeks, because nobody really makes cheek jewelry. haha.
just don’t force anything in there that doesn’t fit, and you’ll be fine.
